Five-Year Warranty
Every Lanott piece is backed by a five-year warranty under normal residential use, from the delivery date, for the original purchaser.
What Is Covered
- Structure and internal construction
- Upholstery, cushioning and finishes
- Fabrics, surfaces and functional components
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear: fabric pilling, softening of cushions, patina and everyday marks
- Accidental damage, misuse, or cleaning with unsuitable products or methods
- Indoor pieces used outdoors, or damage from sun, damp or extreme heat
- Commercial, rental or contract use unless agreed in writing
- Pieces altered, repaired or re-upholstered by anyone other than Lanott
- Damage caused by transport or assembly not carried out by our team
Natural Materials
Subtle changes in texture, softness, grain or tone are part of the character of natural materials and are not considered defects.
Warranty Support
If an issue arises, our team will review it and arrange a repair or replacement where appropriate. Please share your invoice and clear photographs of the issue.
