Everyday care
Dust and vacuum regularly with a soft brush attachment, and rotate or plump cushions so they wear evenly. Keep pieces away from direct sunlight, radiators and damp, which fade colour and dry out natural materials.
Fabric upholstery
Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry, white cloth — do not rub or soak. For anything beyond a light blot, contact us before using any cleaning product; solvents, bleach and household sprays can permanently mark upholstery.
Leather
Wipe with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Avoid soap, alcohol, wipes and polish. Leather develops patina and slight tone variation with use — this is part of the material.
Wood and veneer
Clean with a dry or barely damp soft cloth and dry at once. Use coasters and mats; never place hot items directly on the surface. Avoid silicone polishes and all-purpose sprays.
Metal, stone and glass
Dust with a soft dry cloth. For stone, wipe spills straight away — oil, wine and citrus can stain porous surfaces. Never use abrasive pads or acidic cleaners.
Natural materials
Subtle changes in texture, softness, grain or tone are part of the character of natural materials and are not considered defects.
