Returns & Exchanges

If you need to request a return or exchange:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • The item should be unused and in its original condition and packaging

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Lanott.

Our team will guide you through the process with clarity and care.

 

Items That Can’t Be Returned

To ensure fairness and quality for all clients, returns are not applicable for:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or altered
  • Personalized or modified pieces (fabric, finish, or size adjustments)
  • Clearance or final-sale items

If you’re unsure, just reach out — we’re always happy to advise before delivery.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 48 hours.
Our team will be happy to help.

 

Refunds

Once a return is approved and received:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method
